- What is a Vivid Vision?
- A Vivid Vision is a detailed picture of your business and your life three years from now, written in the present tense as if it has already happened. It uses plain language and word-pictures so anyone on your team can read it and see the same future you see.
- How is a Vivid Vision different from a business plan or a vision board?
- A business plan is mostly numbers and how-to. A vision board is mostly pictures with no plan behind it. A Vivid Vision sits in between. It describes what the company looks like, sounds like, and feels like in three years, in enough detail that your team can act on it, and it covers your life, not just the business.
- Why three years and not one year or ten?
- One year is too close to feel big. Ten years is too far to feel real. Three years is far enough to dream past your current constraints and close enough that you can start building toward it on Monday.
- Do I write it about my business, my life, or both?

- How long does it take to create one?
- The first draft can come out of a focused two-day process or a VIP day. Refining the language and designing the final document takes a few more weeks. Then the real work is the rollout to your team.

- What is the Vision Amplifier?
- It is a 15-minute daily guided breathwork practice for staying connected to your vision. A vision you look at once a year does not change your decisions. A daily practice keeps it live.
- How do I know if I am achievement-driven or vision-driven right now?
- Achievement-driven means you are chasing the next milestone and the win never feels like enough. Vision-driven means your daily decisions are guided by a clear picture of the life and business you want. Most founders are stuck in the first stage and have never been shown the second.
